Shipping Policy

All orders take 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process within our facility, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays, however during promotions orders may take an additional time to process.

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

We offer three shipping options to our International clients:

• Standard Worldwide Shipping (10-28 business days)

• Express Worldwide Shipping (7-10 business days)

How much dose shipping cost?

Standard Worldwide Shipping: $6.99 (FREE on orders over $50)

Express Worldwide Shipping: $14.9

We strongly advise clients to monitor their package closely once it ships to avoid delays. 

All international Express and Priority chosen shipping options are shipped by UPS,USPS, DHL and are delivered by the destination's local postal service. May Nice is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Express shipping options. If you are concerned your package is lost or damaged please contact May Nice within 15 days from the last scanned date.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. May Nice is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. May Nice has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.

International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. May Nice does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country, if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note that these shipping timeframes may increase without notice due to:

• Peak season volumes (i.e during holidays)

• Unexpected delivery service delays

• Custom processing (for international orders)

• Client’s failure to/delay in paying custom fees (Please read the Sales Taxes & Duties tab below)

• Client’s failure to/delay in providing customs the required information (Some customs require proof of identification for high value imports)

Offers & Promotions

May Nice occasionally offers special promotions. To take advantage of these promotions please enter the promotional code during checkout. If the offer is valid, it will automatically be applied to your cart. Only one promotional code may be used per online order and does not apply to certain products, gifts or sets. In addition, only one promotional gift is offered per order.

Please read the details associated with each promotional code carefully for valid offer period and restrictions. Promo codes are only valid at MayNice.com and not at any other retailers or websites.

If you receive any damaged promotional products, please address your concern to info@May Nice.com. If damaged, the promotional product will be replaced by May Nice.com. All shipments for the replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order. We will not upgrade shipping service and can only upgrade the shipping service with additional payment from customer.

IMPORTANT: We ask that clients provide a residential address as the delivery address as a signature is required upon delivery. We cannot ship packages to P.O boxes nor can we ship them to military bases.
